Description
A fat-burning weight loss drink made with lemon, cayenne pepper, mint, and water. Optional berberine enhances metabolism and blood sugar support.
Ingredients
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
A pinch (⅛ tsp) cayenne pepper
5–6 fresh mint leaves (optional)
1 cup warm or room temperature water
500mg berberine powder (optional)
Instructions
1. Pour water into a glass.
2. Add lemon juice and cayenne pepper. Stir well.
3. Tear mint leaves and add to the glass.
4. If using, mix in berberine powder or capsule contents.
5. Let sit for 1–2 minutes.
6. Drink 15–30 minutes before meals.
Notes
Drink this recipe before your two largest meals daily for optimal fat-burning results.
You may reduce cayenne or lemon if sensitivity occurs.
Do not exceed recommended berberine dosage if added.
