Description
A refreshing natural Zepbound drink recipe made with cucumber, lemon, mint, and apple cider vinegar to support appetite control and healthy digestion.
Ingredients
1 cup cucumber slices
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves
1 teaspoon raw honey or agave syrup (optional)
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (optional)
1 cup cold filtered water
Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
1. Wash and slice the cucumber and lemon.
2. Add cucumber slices, lemon juice, mint, honey, and apple cider vinegar to a blender.
3. Pour in the cold filtered water.
4. Blend until smooth.
5. Strain the mixture using a fine mesh strainer if desired.
6. Pour into a glass over ice and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra fiber, add 1 tablespoon of chia or flaxseeds and let sit for 10–15 minutes before drinking.
Use a straw to protect your teeth from acidity.
Best enjoyed first thing in the morning or 20 minutes before a meal.
Store leftovers in a glass bottle in the fridge for up to 2 days.
