Description

A soothing ginger lemon cinnamon weight loss tea that naturally boosts metabolism, curbs cravings, and supports digestion.


Ingredients

1 inch fresh ginger root (sliced)

1/2 lemon, juiced

1 cinnamon stick or 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 cups water

(Optional) 1 teaspoon raw honey


Instructions

1. Boil 2 cups of water in a saucepan.

2. Add sliced ginger and cinnamon stick; simmer for 10 minutes.

3. Remove from heat and strain the mixture.

4. Stir in lemon juice while still warm.

5. (Optional) Add honey to sweeten. Enjoy warm or iced.

Notes

Use fresh ginger and Ceylon cinnamon for the best results.
