Description
Ground chicken sautéed with hoisin sauce, soy, and ginger, served in crisp lettuce leaves.
Ingredients
1 lb ground chicken
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp ginger, minced
1 head lettuce
Instructions
1. Cook chicken until browned.
2. Add hoisin, soy, ginger; cook 2 minutes.
3. Spoon into lettuce cups.
Notes
Add water chestnuts for crunch.
