Description
A colorful noodle dish that’s quick, healthy, and family-approved.
Ingredients
8 oz noodles
1 cup broccoli
1 cup snap peas
1 bell pepper, sliced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp ginger, grated
Instructions
1. Cook noodles, drain.
2. Stir-fry veggies in sesame oil 5 minutes.
3. Add noodles, soy sauce, and ginger.
4. Toss and serve.
Notes
Add tofu or chicken for protein.
