Crispy salmon fillets seared with garlic and butter, paired with asparagus for a balanced, elegant dinner.
Ingredients
2 salmon fillets
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 bunch asparagus
Salt & pepper
Instructions
1. Season salmon.
2. Sear in butter 3–4 minutes per side; remove.
3. Add garlic, asparagus, lemon juice.
4. Cook 5 minutes.
Notes
Substitute asparagus with green beans or use ghee for dairy-free.
