Description

A high-protein, low-carb cottage cheese pizza bowl that satisfies your pizza cravings in just 5 minutes. Keto and Weight Watchers friendly.


Ingredients

½ cup low-fat cottage cheese

¼ cup marinara sauce

¼ tsp Italian seasoning

⅛ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

¼ cup part-skim mozzarella cheese

8 slices turkey pepperoni

1 tbsp chopped fresh basil (optional)


Instructions

1. Add the cottage cheese to a microwave-safe bowl and spread evenly.

2. Top with marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.

3. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.

4. Add chopped turkey pepperoni.

5. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, then microwave another 30–45 seconds until hot and bubbly.

6. Garnish with fresh basil if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

Use thick or blended cottage cheese to avoid watery texture.

Drain excess whey from cottage cheese before assembling.
