Description
A simple apple cider vinegar detox drink recipe to support digestion, detoxification, and hydration. Perfect as a daily morning cleanse.
Ingredients
1–2 tbsp apple cider vinegar (raw, with the mother)
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
8–12 oz purified water (warm or cold)
Pinch of cinnamon or cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
1. Add apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and honey to a glass of water.
2. Stir well until fully combined.
3. Add cinnamon or cayenne pepper if desired, and stir again.
4. Let sit for 1–2 minutes to mellow flavors.
5. Drink slowly, preferably before meals for detox benefits.
Notes
Start with 1 tbsp of vinegar if you’re new to detox drinks.
Always dilute apple cider vinegar to avoid throat irritation.
Drink through a straw to protect tooth enamel.
Adjust lemon and honey to taste.
